Our bilingual daycare center (German/English) is a place where children can grow safely, explore, and develop individually in small groups. We work with a closed-group concept that provides children with consistent caregivers, structure, and a sense of security. We are looking for a warm, caring personality who accompanies children mindfully and enjoys language and building relationships.
What you’ll do with us

Loving care and support of children in daily group routines

Language support in everyday activities (German and/or English)

Planning creative, age-appropriate activities

Observing and documenting children’s development

Trusting cooperation with parents and within the team

Helping shape a structured and safe daily routine
What you bring with you

Completed training as an early childhood educator or childcare assistant (m/f/d)

Enjoyment of working in a bilingual environment

Empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility

Team spirit and reliability
